Forecast Access is an independent information site about one specific problem: Kalshi, the CFTC-regulated exchange for event contracts, is not reachable from a long list of countries, and the reason is almost never what people assume. This site exists to explain that reason clearly, and to point toward the licensed brokers whose own tools carry Kalshi's markets for clients who can't open a direct account.
Who Writes This
The site is built and maintained by someone who trades event contracts, mostly on economic data and election markets, and who has gone through the process of figuring out, market by market, which brokers actually carry Kalshi and which ones just say "prediction markets" and mean something narrower. That distinction matters more than it sounds like it should. A broker's marketing page and a broker's actual market list are not always the same document.
Forecast Access shares an owner with a sister site, PredictGateway, which covers Polymarket access through the same broker category. The two sites are kept deliberately separate in focus: this one is built around Kalshi specifically, its regulatory shape, and the contract categories Kalshi itself lists, not a reskin of the other site's content.
How Brokers Get Named Here
Every broker mentioned on this site is checked against its own product pages before it's named for a specific capability. That sounds obvious. It's also the step a lot of comparison sites skip, which is how you end up with a "top 5 brokers for X" list where two of the five don't actually offer X.
Concretely: a broker is only named as a Kalshi route on this site if its own product page states Kalshi coverage directly, not inferred from a general "prediction markets" claim. As of this writing, that's two brokers, MadMarket (Edge) and BetInAsia (BLACK), in that order. A third broker in the same family, Sportmarket, is a legitimate, fully featured operator for sportsbook and exchange access, and simply isn't listed on the Kalshi-specific pages here, because its own materials don't currently name Kalshi among its markets. If that changes, the pages update. Nothing on this site treats an operator's capability as fixed forever; it's checked, not assumed.
What This Site Isn't
This isn't a Kalshi-affiliated property, and nothing here should read as one. Kalshi is named throughout as the exchange it is, a CFTC-regulated derivatives market, not something Forecast Access operates, endorses on Kalshi's behalf, or has any formal relationship with.
It also isn't a workaround guide. Nothing here suggests masking a location, misrepresenting who you are, or getting around a compliance system that exists for real regulatory reasons. The actual mechanism, explained in detail on how a broker gets you onto Kalshi, is a licensed broker holding its own relationship with the exchange and routing a client's order into it. That's a real, disclosed business arrangement, not a trick.
Corrections and Questions
Broker capabilities change. Kalshi's own restricted-country list changes, roughly twice a year based on what's been observed so far. If something on this site is out of date, or a claim looks wrong, get in touch and it'll get checked.
